I've been to JoAnn's a dozen or so times since moving to Logan, and each time I've found what I was looking for and the staff has been courteous and knowledgeable.
They are always really helpful and courteous.
Although store was full of bargain and holidays, the staff remained kind and helpful. I found the items I was seeking to trim my tree at great prices!
Some of their fabric types have very poor selection, like the gauze and knits that are so popular for baby stuff now. But they always have good coupons
