Let me start off by saying a get a rental car for 5 months every year for 5 months for work and I will NOT GO HERE AGAIN! Do NOT NOT NOT go through this location! I had to rent a car for 5 months from them. After getting the car I was charged ONLY twice over the five months that I had the car. Which was a big headache and very confusing. They reassured me that I would be charged the same day each month & the price would be the exact same each month this was not the case at all. I paid my first months rate when I picked up the car and my second charge was for over $3000 for the remaining four months. I NEVER got a call saying was going to be charged that amount or anything!Oh yeah Also after having the car for two months they called me and said that my specific rental car I had been driving has been sold and that I need to take it to the closest Enterprise Rent-A-Car and return it. After me complaining for 30 minutes they said never mind and I could keep the car for the remaining three months. This place sucked.... it's that simple STAY AWAY!
The service is absolutely top notch at this Enterprise. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and prompt with their service. I am a frequent renter, and now always rent from Enterprise.
I live in a relatively small town and consider myself lucky to have an Enterprise dealer here. They always take good care of me, the cars are clean and reliable, and the staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
I recently needed a car rental while visiting family in Utah. The employees at Enterprise in Logan, Utah were courteous and helpful. The car was perfect! When I needed to extend my rental they quickly made the adjustment. I returned the car earlier than expected and was refunded the after hours fee. I will use Enterprise again when I need a car rental.
Absolutely terrible. My wife and a friend rented a car for a roadtrip to see an old college friend. At the time my wife was 8 months pregnant and was unable to get on the ground to inspect the entire car. The associate that helped her also did not get down and inspect all areas of the vehicle. Upon returning the car she was informed that there was cosmetic damage on the rocker panel. She was informed that the body work and the cost of being unable to rent the car in order for the shop to do work would cost over $800. It was purely cosmetic and did not affect the vehicles performance. Cooperate would not work with us at all and they could not prove that the damage had not occurred before our rental period. This company will never have our business again and we recommend that you do not use them either unless you enjoy being swindled.
