Our hair stylist Elaine is fantastic. She knows the science of hair and can accommodate different types of hair. She is helpful and friendly and always does an excellent job.
I had a really poor hair cut from a young woman in her early 20's. I'm used to seeing someone new every time I go in for a hair cut and even with explaining everything fresh each time the hair cut turns out very similar. She did not get close to what I hoped for. The price was good and there was no wait, but the cut was uneven and probably the worst I've had in a decade.
Him:this is what you ask for
Me: it doesn't look as I had it done before can you cut it different.
Me:I understand that, I just don't know why is different this time, (he wasn't happy at all)I will pay you more if that's what you want.
After he was done I give him a 20 dollar bill and told him that I was unhappy with the last and this visit with him and I was never coming back, He took my 20 dollars, i was expecting change back and he looked me on the eyes and sad never come back. I ask how much was for the haircut and ask for my change back. I was planning to pay more but he just took it all. (I have always give the employee's that do my hair a 5 dollar tip, I think is reasonable ) i hope that was the last time a see this 53 year old unhappy man in my life. I never felt so uncomfortable just for getting a haircut. If I had to go back to that day I will do anything to avoid this unhappy person. I don't recommend to any one to get a hair cut from this person.

I been coming to this place for two years, different females had always been nice and professional. It's simple I go in ask to get a haircut, if it doesn't look as I imagine I ask to be done a different way. I'm a male with not too much hair left, at the most it takes for a service is 15 to 20 minutes for a haircut.
