Nice little gem here in Logan, good atmosphere, very well kept, menu has good variety, and the food is just awesome.
At our last visit to Apple Spice we ordered a couple of combo meals with a soup and a half sandwich each. We got the tortilla and the potato soup. The potato soup was good and the tortilla soup was excellent. Then we had a chicken panini which was pretty good and the office sandwich, which was mostly bread. We were asked by a man, who we think was the proprietor, how our meal was. After complimenting the soups, we told him our office sandwich was mostly bread. He agreed with us and gave us a new sandwich. To me this is customer service that cares what the customer thinks and is willing to accept mistakes.
Great place to eat in Logan. Food is always delicious and the prices aren’t bad. 20% off for students as well. My favorites are the salad-sandwich combo (cobb salad & turkey avocado sandwich).

Food was good, but employee didn't know which soups had meat in them. I asked since in don't eat meat. So the one I ordered had meat, but they exchanged it for free.
